Educational system act as a base of any
civilized state as it plays an important part in its progress and success but
there are many things which need to be changed in an educational system that
causes difficulty for a student to study efficiently and get more grades. This
could be done by introducing technology in the educational field which may help
students in enhancing their learning skills and knowledge. There are few tips
by which we can improve our educational system.
The first step that we can take in order to
improve our educational system is introducing integrated studies in the
educational system by addition of this student will be able to learn many
subjects while focusing on one project as James Burke described in his book
that history, literature, and art can be interlaced and studied together. Integrated studies allow the student to study
more than one subject by focusing on something this enhance the literacy skills
and knowledge of the student. This technique was used in Washington through a
national project called Nature Mapping, in this fourth-grade students of rural
Washington participate and the result of this experiment was mind-blowing in
this whole process the students learn reading, writing, mathematics, science,
and technology use while searching for a rare lizard.
Education is the important part of life and
it acts as the key to success so it is essential to get the education for
having a good life but many students suffer and feel difficulties in learning
the subjects that’s why they quit their studies. For that kind of student’s
educational reform should be taken because they are the future of the state.
One of the solutions to this problem is cooperative learning. In this type of
study, students work together as a project team on any project they are guided
by trained teachers in this way students learn the skills of collaborating,
managing emotions and resolving conflicts in groups. Each member of the team is
responsible for learning the subject matter as well as helping teammates to
learn. Cooperative learning develops social and emotional skills, providing a
valuable foundation for their lives as workers, family members, and citizens.
The most important part to improve the
educational system as well as the grade of a weak student is to take a
comprehensive assessment by taking assessments the teacher will be able to know
the strength and weaknesses of the student. Teachers, parents, and individual
students can closely monitor academic progress and use the assessment to focus
on areas that need improvement. Tests should be an opportunity for students to
learn from their mistakes, retake the test, and improve their scores.
