Teachers are professionals who spread the knowledge. They teach the students and help them learn about day to day things. The parents are the closest people to the children, they guide their kids and explain them about minor to major things. They build their foundation of life, however, parents can't help their children to lead a successful life without the help of the teachers. The teachers build a future for the students, they help the students to move in the right direction. They give a sense of direction to the students, they know how to build the personality of the students. Teaching is not just about education, or about spreading knowledge, it is a lot more than that. Teaching is about guiding the students and teaching them the manners they need to excel in life.

Every teacher has to fulfill a number of responsibilities and people who want to hire the teachers should consider a number of things before making the final decision. They have to check all the details about the teachers before hiring them because one wrong addition to the institute can affect its image. This is how you can recruit the right teachers for your institute. 

1) Past Experiences
Check the past experiences of the candidates. Experienced teachers usually prove to be a good addition to the institute. Check the experience of the teachers, however, you should also give a chance to new teachers once in a while.

2) Never hire a teacher without a proper interview
The past experience and skills are not always important. The behavior of the teacher is the most important thing. An experienced teacher might not behave well, which will eventually lead to unimpressed students and parents. Always take an interview before hiring a teacher. An interview is important in every possible field. Every professional should be judged not only on the basis of skills and experiences but on the basis of behavior as well. A panel should conduct an interview and ask relevant questions before hiring a teacher. They should check the skills of the candidate and the behavior as well. Most importantly, the problem-solving skills of the candidates must be assessed properly.
