The leader of a school should make sure of the proper
interaction between different workers including teachers, administrative
persons,and parents. The communication
can enhance the knowledge of people about different affairs and help to improve
the situation of the school. Establishing
a relationship with teachers can tell the
situation of classrooms and students. The
feedback from teachers about the student’s
performances can actually help the administrators to plan things accordingly.
The more effective approach is if the leader of the school also indulges himself with administrative
activities, this will help him in decision making later.
Planning
Planning is one of the most important practices that must be adopted by all the
administrators. Any change in the system of the school
must be planned first before executing. Planning not only gets the things done smoothly but also prevents
from wasting the resources. The most productive plan is that which consider all
the related people’s choices and suggestions. If the plan is made for teachers
than they should have their say in it. And in case of making a decision about students, you can have their
suggestions through letters or in focus group discussion before planning. It

Administration’s approach should be visionary or the leader
of the school needs to be visionary so that he can communicate his ideas to the
administration and bring the desired change to the school. According to
different studies, schools that follow the new and unique methods for teaching
have ahigher success rate as compared to the schools which have a same old system for ages.
